John Graham-Cumming to become Chief Scientist
Mountain View, CA, November 4, 2004 — Electric
Cloud, the software build infrastructure company, today announced
the appointment of Anders Wallgren as its Vice President of Engineering.
With over 15 years experience in technical leadership roles, Wallgren
has helped produce numerous award winning technologies such as Macromedia’s
Director and Shockwave. In a related announcement, John Graham-Cumming
becomes Electric Cloud’s Chief Scientist.
In the role of Vice President of Engineering Wallgren will lead
the company’s technological project management and engineering
teams. As Chief Scientist John Graham-Cumming will concentrate on
Electric Cloud’s technology direction and future products.
According to John Ousterhout, Electric Cloud's CEO, "The addition of Anders to our

A cofounder of Electric Cloud, John Graham-Cumming has also been a Venture Consultant with
Accel Partners, VP of Internet Technology at Interwoven, Inc. (IWOV), VP of Engineering at
Scriptics Corporation (acquired by Interwoven), and Chief Architect at Optimal Networks, Inc.
An acclaimed technology leader, John may be best known as the creator of the highly acclaimed
open source POPFile project.
