- Industry Veteran to Expand Electric Cloud's Leadership
in Software Production Management -

that Jim Bell has joined the company’s management team as vice president
of marketing. A veteran of the software industry, Bell is responsible for growing
Electric Cloud's marketing organization as the company grows to meet the strong
demand for software production management solutions.

Bell brings over 15 years of high-technology marketing experience. Prior to
joining Electric Cloud, he was vice president of Market Development for Actuate
Corporation, where he was responsible for all demand creation in support of
direct, reseller, distributor, and OEM sales channels worldwide. Bell also built
and led product management and marketing teams as director of Product Marketing
at MS2 (acquired by Agile Software) and Vantive Corporation (acquired by PeopleSoft,
now Oracle). He has also held product management and marketing leadership roles
at Hewlett-Packard Company, Wyse Technology and SGI.
