Support & Maintenance Services

The Electric Cloud Technical Support organization has expertise in all aspects of Electric Cloud and years of experience with a variety of cross-platform software build systems.

Software Maintenance ensures that you receive the latest software releases. All of our support offerings include software maintenance.

  • Standard Support: Support and Maintenance meets your technical support requirements 8 hours per day, five days per week. This service includes an unlimited number of support incidents via phone, email and fax.
  • Extended Support: Support and Maintenance meets your technical support requirements 8 hours per day, seven days per week. This service includes an unlimited number of support incidents via phone, email and fax.
  • Premium Support: Support and Maintenance meets your technical support requirements 24 hours per day, seven days per week. This service includes an unlimited number of support incidents via phone, email and fax.

Education Services

The Electric Cloud Training Services Group helps engineers, build managers and build architects expand their expertise with our products. Whether your team is just getting started using Electric Cloud or you have experienced developers who wish to pursue more advanced topics, we can meet your needs. We can also deliver on-site training tailored specifically for your personnel or project.
